Rep. Mel Watt – Admitted Socialist – Communist, too?

MEL WATT: SOCIALIST OR COMMUNIST?

According to KCC’s fellow bloggers over at Gateway Pundits, U.S. Congressman Mel Watt (D-NC-12) is a member of the Socialist Party of America’s Congressional caucus.  Watt is facing a strong challenge from Greg Dority in one of the most gerrymandered districts in the nation.

There are 70 members of the caucus, overall, which include members 69 members of the U.S House of Representatives and one member of the United States Senate.

According to the Pundits and A Time for Choosing:

The Socialist Party of America announced in their October 2009 newsletter that 70 Congressional democrats currently belong to their caucus.
This admission was recently posted on Scribd.com

Watt is joined by such “luminaries” as Sheila Jackson-Lee, Dennis Kucinich, Jesse Jackson, Jr, Charlie Rangel, and Maxine Waters.

Also on the document, you can see the group express it’s love for people like Communist leader Ho Chi Minh of the former North Vietnam.

Your blogger’s husband’s Vietnamese family members fought and died (along with many heroic Americans) protecting their homeland, trying to save it from the Reds who eventually took away their freedom, their dignity, their money, and their property.

Many have since escaped communist oppression and others have died trying.

The Communists these Members of Congress hold so dear, threw good freedom-loving people into death camps and slave-labor camps. What is wrong with these people?  Don’t they realize that THEY are the problem with human rights?  Come on Mel!

This blogger knows this, as she is related by marriage to some fine South Vietnamese patriots.  Look for an eventual book on their personal plights.
