NC Residents: Early Voting Started Today! Watch for Voter Fraud

VOTE EARLY!

Early voting started at 9:00 a.m. today in North Carolina.  Many across the state indicated their willingness to vote precisely at that time, especially in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg area where a group of Republicans lined up at opening time.

Both Mecklenburg and Wake Counties were running Race to the Polls events to encourage voters to get their votes in early.  The idea is to vote now, and work at the polls, for the rest of the early voting period and on election day.

In North Carolina, early voting continues until October 30th.  Hours vary, so check list below, for hours and locations by county.

November 2010 One-Stop Site List

Early (one-stop) voting ends on October 30th, and those dates can slip up quickly.  Please don’t let the rain hold you back.

FRAUD ALERT

Early/One Stop voting is a type of absentee voting.  Many say these ballots will be THE deciding factor this election.  However, it’s also a great opportunity for groups like ACORN (and their offspring) to commit voter fraud.  This can be in any number of ways.

If you suspect any type of voter fraud, please call your county board of election immediately.  Use your camera phone to take photos, and do what

you must to stop the violation.  Please take the phone number of your local election board to the poll site with you.

For more information on voter fraud, please check out Anita Moncrief’s site, Emerging Corruption.  Moncreif is the former Acorn employee who realized that the group wasn’t merely out to register voters, but rather to illegally tip elections to the liberals.

Extended Election Seasons

In the past, generally rainy days tended to supress turnout and were good for Republicans.  Sunny days tended to be good for Democrats.  However, our Democrat legislature decided to implement a “fair”,  long voting season to make a good day for anyone to vote.  Sounds good in theory, but not if you are a member of the minority party, as is this blogger.

In North Carolina and elsewhere, when events tend to go the way of the Republican Party, the Democrats who control the NC Legislature tend to change the rules to give their party a “fair” shake, or so they say.

In 2010, Republicans and conservatives have tended to simply outwork their Democrat counterparts.  Thus rules that were implemented to work against the GOP are now working FOR them.  We must continue to work hard for the remaining 18 days, as we have so much to gain, and everything to lose.  We cannot afford to give up anything more.
