From Justice to Joke: The Fall of the NAACP by Ron Miller

Ron Miller, author

Ron Miller

With today being the 46th anniversary of the signing of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, author Ron Miller has written an excellent piece “From Justice To Joke: The Fall of the NAACP” published on Red County.  KCC is a former contributor to Red County.

Miller lays out how the NAACP might have once been a good thing, but how today they are  a shadow of their former selves.  He also makes fun of national NAACP president, Ben Jealous, for praising the late U.S. Senator Robert (KKK) Byrd (D-WVa), who passed just days before this anniversary.

It’s the Democrats who cling to their racist past, not Republicans, who have been trying to tear down racism for over 100 years.
