Cary Town Councilman Don Frantz has plans, big plans. He’s not just running to win, he’s running to govern.  In short, he’s already planning out his first days in office.

KCC received a tidbit of information about it today. According to an insider, Frantz knows what needs to be repaired and how to tackle it.

Let’s just say it’s exciting and we cannot wait to say goodbye to Frantz’ opponent, state Rep. Jennifer Weiss. The two are competing in the race for NC House District 35.

Weiss was your blogger’s representative for five long years. In that time, KCC called, emailed, and wrote letters many times. Weiss at least responded, but rarely, did it seem that she was willing to consider the opinion of the opposition.

Jennifer Weiss is such unabashed liberal that she probably wears a scarlet “L“, in private.

Frantz, on the other hand, is a practical conservative, who has real world experience running a small business, Frantz Automotive. His team works on your blogger’s cars and he understands how to treat his customers.  His employees are great and have been with the company for years.  That says something.

We are sure that he’ll provide that same level of constituent service in the North Carolina Senate.
