Wake GOP Wants YOU – To Vote Early
The Wake County Republican Party wants its members to commit to vote early. They have rolled out a campaign, complete with logo, demonstrating how important it is to not just vote, but also to vote early.
Jeffrey Morse, an officer and volunteer with the Wake County GOP stated in a Facebook email,
Bad politicians are sent to our Legislatures by good people who stay home.
In our RACE TO THE POLLS 2010 we cannot wait until we are at the polls in November to begin restoring the damage done by the Democrats here in North Carolina and in Washington.
It’s clear that the largest county party in North Carolina is not waiting until political season traditionally arrives after Labor Day. Though they have been working behind the scenes for months, they are starting now to educate citizens on the importance of the November elections.
The Wake GOP’s campaign goes hand-in-hand with the Americans for Prosperity’s national and statewide campaign “November is Coming”.
Conservatives cannot afford to sit this one out, as they have in the past. This election is vital, not only to send a message of no confidence to President Obama, but also to take back Congress
The Wake GOP is sponsoring a rally, August 16th at Broughton High School in Raleigh, to kick off this campaign. More details as they become available, but you can bet you will get to meet all the candidates, and there will be some good Bar-Be-Que on hand to purchase. See you there!
